for all new and returning students.

                                         Albertville City Schools New Student Registration

  

                 1.   Complete the New Student Registration.  If you wish to complete your registration
                       form in another language, please select the version you wish. (If you have  
                       questions or need assistance with INFOSNAP, contact support staff at 1-866-752-6850 
                       (8am-5pm), or by email at support@infosnap.com )

  

                 2.   After completing the online registration, visit the Albertville City Schools Enrollment
                       Office located at 1100 Horton Road, Albertville, Alabama. You will need the following 
                       documents when arriving at the Enrollment Office:

 

                             a.   Two Proofs of Residence inside the Albertville City Limits (copy of the 

                                   lease/mortgage agreement, MUB utility bill, government correspondence)

                              b.   Documentation of student's legal guardian/custodian (parent, parent 
                                   designated primary physical custodian, court appointed legal custodian)

                              c.   Age Verification Documentation (Birth Certificate)

                              d.   Social Security Card (if available)

                              e.   Parent/Guardian I.D.

                              f.    Alabama Immunization Record (Blue Slip)

                              g.   Withdrawal information from previous school (if applicable)

Albertville City School System seeks to find any child residing within Albertville City who has a disability, or that there is a perception of a disability, who may be in need of special services.
