Library
Welcome to the AES Library!
Our school library is a dynamic space where third and fourth grade students can deepen their reading skills, explore new genres and begin developing strong research habits. Guided by Librarian Erika Doyle, students learn how to locate information, navigate library resources and select books that challenge and inspire them. The library is open daily from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and classes visit regularly for lessons, book checkout and independent reading time. To view class times or special events, please see our AES Library Schedule.
The library is located at 145 West End Drive, Albertville, Alabama 35950. To contact the library, please email Mrs. Doyle at edoyle@albertk12.org or call (256) 894-4822.
The mission of the Albertville City Schools Media and Library Services Program is to enable all patrons to become productive 21st century citizens through information literacy and to encourage a positive attitude towards reading. The program will facilitate the effective access, analysis, assimilation and use of information.
