Girls will need to complete the Google form below, and also pick-up a guardian consent form and physical form from the AIS/AMS office. Both paper forms will need to be turned into the AIS/AMS office before Spring Break. Everyone wanting to try out must attend the mandatory parent meeting on March 2nd.
