    Dr. Miranda Battles has 16 years of experience in Pre-K through 8th grade education as an English teacher, special education teacher, assistant principal, and principal.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in Collaborative Education K-6 from Jacksonville State University in 2004.  She earned a Master of Science in Collaborative Education K-12, an Educational Specialist Degree in Teacher Leader, an Administrative Add-On, and an Educational Doctorate from The University of West Alabama. Dr. Battles has worked in Albertville City Schools for 15 years and loves being an Aggie!

     

     

     

     

    Assistant Principal

    Cynthia McCain has 21 years of teaching experience in grades 1st-6th and as an assistant principal.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama in 2003 and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Alabama in 2013.  Mrs. McCain also earned an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama in 2018.  She has worked for Albertville City Schools for four years and is blessed to be an Aggie!
