I was born and raised here in Albertville. I graduated from Albertville High and then attended Snead State Community College for 2 years and transferred to Jacksonville State University, where I graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education. I later earned a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Jacksonville State University.  I have worked in the Albertville City School system for 18 years. During those 18 years I have taught Physical Education at the Primary school, Adapted Physical Education for a year, system wide, and Drama Education for 2 years at APS.  I also help with Aggie Theatre productions and thoroughly enjoy being involved with this program. 

I love spending time with my family, friends and my fur babies (Mac, Ruthie, & Abby). I enjoy being outdoors, being involved in the theatre, watching tv (mostly football,softball and crime shows) and having fun at all times.
